Adding Value....

Sustainability and the bottom line are very closely linked. Here are some things that can be done to add value to building owners' bottom lines:
  • migrate lights to LED: upfront cost is high, payoff is quick and functional life is long
  • evaluate service contracts (electricity, tel/data, waste removal, etc...)
  • install Salamanders
