Here is an interesting insurance statistic courtesy of our friends at [Arbor Insurance Group](https://www.arborinsurancegroup.com/): Average cost of an insurance deductible for a commercial real estate property: $2,500. Deductibles for water losses are ≥$5,000. Losses for fire sprinkler freeze incident? $10,000 to $50,000 with a caveat that, if a building is unoccupied for a long weekend, it can climb *much* higher. Most insurance companies typically see 10+ commercial pipe freeze each winter.
